Time for a Pils! We've been working to refine a Pilsner that we can welcome to the fold on a more full time basis and we're very proud to present Trade Mark. This German Style Pilsner was brewed with Tettnang hops for a classic noble character as well as Mandarina Bavaria to add a contemporary citrus undertone. It's a beer brewed to be super crisp, clean and satisfying. We've accepted that this beer will be an ongoing project full of subtle tweaks and improvements over the course of time to really dial it in, so come on down and give it a try because we'd love to hear what you think.
