We're super excited to release the beer we brewed to celebrate this year's International Women's Day. Hopping Hurdles was a beer dreamt up by our brewer Kiera and brought to life by her and the other wonderful women of Town. The goal was to create a super clean and crispy pale ale that balanced a slightly malty backbone with some really exciting hops. We used this year's Pink Boots blend of hops, which helps the Pink Boots Society provide educational opportunities to women and non-binary individuals in the beverage industry. We also dry hopped this lil' crusher with an exciting New Zealand hop called Riwaka, which is known for it's powerful citrus aromas of pink grapefruit.
