We're very proud to be releasing this special beer in celebration of International Women's Day - In Bloom. This year the wonderful ladies of Town decided that they wanted to brew a fruited sour, and stone fruit was the consensus. They started with a nice crisp base then layered in Peach, Mango and Apricot puree and dusted it with a dry hop of Rakau to try to accentuate the stone fruit characteristics of this beautiful New Zealand hop. The result is a delicious blend of sweet and sour that's infinitely satisfying.
