We're very excited to release a fun little project that we put together with the fine folks at BC based Field House Brewing! Our Head Brewer Mike worked at Field House for a while and also traces his brewery days all the way back working the canning line at Steam Works with now Field House brewer, Andrew. Andrew came to town for a couple weeks in August and we thought it would be great to have him in to brew a beer and enjoy a few in the process. Field House are legends on the West Coast for their sour game, and we haven't hit ya'll with a sour in some time - the assignment became obvious. Nice Little Saturday is an Imperial Sour clocking in at 7.3% fermented with Raspberries, Cherries, a few West Coast fermentation secrets and a whole lot of friendship. It tastes like what laughing feels like and we're excited to share it with you
