Liquid Courage was created to raise funds for cancer care in the Durham Region. A great idea brought forth by survivor, Steve Slack, turned into a unique way to honour our loved ones.
The beer itself is easy drinking and smooth. We brewed it using all Canadian Pilsner malt and a dash of flaked corn for some sweetness, then balanced it out with just the right amount hops leaving crisp citrus and lightly floral notes.
